Jiangsu Jianyuan Project Management Co., Ltd. is an independent entity, relying on the advantages of the talent and technology of Jiangsu Provincial Architectural Design & Research Institute. Before its reconstruction as a limited liability company with an independent legal personality in 1998, its original name was Supervision Department of Technology Cooperation Center, Jiangsu Provincial Architectural Design & Research Institute.

With an A-level qualification of housing construction engineering and C-level qualification of municipal public utilities, our company is able to operate businesses like project management, project consultation, construction supervision, designing supervision, etc., with branches in Wuxi, Taizhou, Nantong and other places.
